What makes a great manager? At First Marblehead, we recognize that it takes more than effectively managing work deliverables. It’s about achieving outstanding results through people and developing them to be the best that they can be.
Development of our human capital is a critical priority for First Marblehead. Our continued success is dependent upon the growth and development of our current and future leaders. Our management curriculum has been specifically designed to augment the work being done at the leadership level but focuses on building real managerial skills.
Everyone who manages people at the Supervisor through Vice President level is required to participate in this management development curriculum at First Marblehead. The programs are offered many times throughout the year to ensure managers can fit this critical work into their schedules.
The Learning and Development Team provides a number of on-line and classroom management and leadership courses, learning resources and consulting services.
